Share know-how to secure deals here, says DSTA
Singapore's Defence Science and Technology Agency (DSTA) says that contractors vying for the A-4 Super Skyhawk replacement contract should 'at the minimum' ensure DSTA can 'upgrade, modify and integrate' the warplanes at reasonable cost in order to win.
