'Roto' Reuter takes reigns of VX-23
Cmdr. Bill "Roto" Reuter formally took command of Air Test and Evaluation Squadron 23 at NAS Patuxent River from Capt. Stephen "Chewy" Rorke in a June 3 change-of-command ceremony keynoted by NAVAIR Commander Vice Adm. Walter Massenburg at VX-23's Hangar 115.
