Brazil VP Says $700M Fighter Jet Purchase Delayed-Reports
Brazil's Vice President and Defense Minister Jose Alencar said a decision to award a $700 million contract to buy 12 new fighter jets for the Brazilian Air Force will be delayed until 2005 or later, local press reported Tuesday.
