An emotionally charged IAF Air Chief Marshal S Krishnaswamy said "in my 34 years of service, I have never seen an IAF Base Commander receiving his Chief dressed in a vest, pyjamas and chappal. He (Base Commander Group Captain V V Bandopadhyay of Indian Air Force Station Carnic) has nothing left".
