Arroyo promotes eight Air Force officers
Philippine President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo recently signed the promotions of eight officers of the Philippine Air Force (PAF) to the next higher ranks, where three generals were elevated to two-stars ranks, while five others were given a one-star promotion.
