France looks for deals with Libya's military
When French defense minister, Mich�le Alliot-Marie, went to Tripoli to sign a letter of intent on military cooperation and procurement late saturday. Col. Qaddafi expressed interest to her in getting the Rafale fighter jets and the Tigre combat helicopters, a source close to the talks said, without providing specifics.
