Government close to BAE aircraft carrier deal
The U.K. Ministry of Defence (MoD) and BAE Systems are close to finalising a deal over management of a four billion pound aircraft carrier project, after BAE had reportedly threatened to withdraw from the project over a decision to grant a Halliburton unit the "physical integrator" role in construction of the new aircraft carriers.
