Russia Said to Sign Weapons Deal With U.S.
Russian Defense Minister Sergei Ivanov and U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice will sign a deal to tighten control over portable anti-aircraft missiles during the Feb. 24 summit between Presidents Bush and Vladimir Putin in Bratislava, the Slovak capital.
