Boeing, Lockheed Martin to Form Launch Services Joint Venture
Boeing and Lockheed Martin have entered into an agreement to create a joint venture, named United Launch Alliance, that will combine the production, engineering, test and launch operations associated with U.S. government launches of Delta and Atlas rockets.
