U.K. Shouldn't Expect Technology Access on JSF, Official Says
General Jeffery Kohler, director of the U.S. Defense Security Cooperation Agency, said that U.K. shouldn't expect access to design data on the Joint Strike Fighter in return for helping fund the $244 billion program.
