EADS: Today's Greek fighter procurement is not against Eurofighter
EADS believes that the Greek order of 30 F-16s is for filling the gap in the HAF jet fighter fleet due to attrition and to satisfy an interim need of third-generation aircraft. EADS is convinced that on one of the forthcoming National Security Council (KYSEA) meeting, the Eurofighter will be the number one aircraft for the HAF.
