Navy to argue for N.C. landing field to federal appeals court
The 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals will hear arguments by the U.S. Navy that it urgently needed to build a practice airfield in eastern North Carolina despite a lower court decision that the plan failed to fully consider the environmental impact.
