Retired colonel leads charge for 188th Fighter Wing
Retired Col. Brock Strom, former operations director for the U.S. Air National Guard, pointed out to members of the Defense Base Closure and Realignment Commission what he perceived as flaws in a recommendation to shut down the Air Guard's 188th Fighter Wing.
