Seoul May Buy Missiles From Germany
Klaus Von Sperber, director of the international armament affairs bureau in Germany�s Defense Ministry, arrived in Seoul Monday and met South Korean military officials to discuss South Korea�s plan to buy the German Patriot anti-missile system.
