Taiwan spent $20bln in eight years on arms
United States has promised to provide Taiwan with AGM-88 "Harm" high-speed, anti-radiation missile. It also helped the island to update and modify its F-16 and "Ching-kuo" fighters and equipped them with "Pathfinder/Sharpshooter" pods.
