EADS to buy 10 pct stake in Russia's Irkut for over 50 mln eur EADS will pay 'over 50 mln eur' to acquire a 10 pct stake in Irkut Corp.

The two companies also finalised the formation of a joint venture to market Irkut's Be-200 seaplane.
