F-15 fighters will stay Oregon Air National Guard's 142nd Fighter Wing will not have to move 15 F-15 jets to Air Force bases in New Jersey and Louisiana.

Eight KC-135 tankers flown by the Air Force Reserve 939th Air Refueling Wing will stay too.
