New Cold War Museum highlights U-2 spy case Francis Gary Powers Jr. wants to create a museum devoted to his father Francis Gary Powers Sr. who was shot down over the Soviet Union.

The museum will be located at the former Lorton Nike Missile Site, off State Route 123.
