Rear Admiral Venlet receives second star Rear Admiral David J. Venlet, Gulf of Sidra veteran, was promoted to two star Rear Admiral on Sept 1.

He is now the Program Executive Officer for Tactical Aircraft at the Pax. River Naval Air Station.
