Ex-U.S. Air Force official joins Rolls-Royce board Former U.S. Air Force Chief of Staff, retired Gen. John Jumper, has joined the North American board of directors of Rolls-Royce.

He would replace former Air Force chief of staff, retired Gen. Ronald Fogleman.
