U.S. helicopter crash kills 12 in Iraq A U.S. Army UH-60 Black Hawk crashed in Iraq early Sunday killing four crew and eight passengers.

The crash occured some 7.5 miles (12 kilometres) east of Tal Afar, near the Syrian border.
