C-5 Galaxy aircraft engine test successful
The USAF has successfully tested newly mounted C-5 engines as part of the C-5 Reliability Enhancement and Re-engining Program.
The C-5 is fitted with more efficient General Electric F138-GE-100 engines and will be renamed the C-5M.
