Crash controller 'partly blamed'
An official RAF Board of Inquiry has concluded that a military air traffic controller was to be blamed for the crash of two USAF F-15s on a low flying exercise in 2001.
The board said the crash happened partly because the pilots accepted an air traffic control instruction that was clearly unsafe.
