New Defence Minister lobbied for Airbus
Canada's new Defence Minister, Gordon O'Connor, was found to have lobbied for Airbus from 2001 to February of 2004. There are concerns now that there will a conflict of interest when Canada choose a new tactical airlifter.
He had earlier tried to get Canada interested in buying the A400M.
