Putin: Russia's Missiles Can Overtake Any Defense System
Russian President Vladimir Putin boasted on Tuesday that Russia has missiles capable of penetrating any missile defense system.
He added that he had briefed French President Jacques Chirac on the missiles during a visit to a Russian military facility.
