Diapers for high flyers
The introduction of Il-78 mid-air refuellers to the Indian Air Force meant longer flying duration for a fighter jet. This introduce several physical problems for the pilots.
Solutions are need for pilots to empty their bladders while flying for six to seven hours. Lower torso stiffness is another problem as they are strapped to ejection seats for long hours.
