McGuire commander to lead safety investigation of Dover crash
Col. Frederick H. Martin, commander of the 305th Air Mobility Wing at McGuire Air Force Base in New Jersey, will lead the safety investigation into the crash of a C-5 cargo plane at Dover Air Force Base.
The investigation is expected to take about a month. Its factual findings will be turned over to an accident investigation board that will conduct a separate investigation expected to take two or three months.
