Pilot burial solves two mysteries
Delegates from the Chinese Embassy in Washington, D.C. attended the memorial service for USAF 2nd Lt. Robert Upchurch, who was killed during his first mission in China 61 years ago.

For many years, the people of Guidong County had tended the grave of Lieutenant Upchurch whom they considered a hero.
