Pilot sues Air Force over mistaken bombing
Maj. Harry Schmidt, the USAF pilot who accidentally bombed and killed four Canadians in Afghanistan, is suing the U.S. Air Force.
Schmidt claims that the military violated the federal Privacy Act by disclosing information about his military record without his permission.
