Red tape hampers UAV operations
Manufacturers have warned U.S. Congress that delays in getting Federal Aviation Administration COAs are affecting testing and training.
Thomas Cassidy from General Atomics said the first of two Predator B unmanned air vehicles for the U.S. Navy cannot fly as they are waiting for their COAs.
