Retired general had idea for turboprop
Retired U.S. Air Force Brig. Gen. Charles Jones has joined hands with businessman Ray Williams to develop a new military turboprop for Third World Allies.
They intend to call it the A-67. Jones said it is similar to the Raytheon T-6 and the Embraer Tucano.
The tandem seat aircraft has a 35-foot wingspan and a 1,200 horsepower Pratt & Whitney turboprop engine.
