Russia to pull out of An-70 plane production
Russian Air Force Commander Gen. Vladimir Mikhailov was quoted by Interfax news agency as saying that his country is pulling out of the joint program with Ukraine to produce An-70 cargo aircraft.
The Russian side is unhappy with the D-27 turbopropfan engines.
