Russia will deliver air defense systems to Iran - top general Russian General Yury Baluyevsky told NATO Supreme Allied Commander in Europe General James Jones that Moscow will go ahead and deliver the Tor M1 air defense systems to Iran.

Baluyevsky said that the Tor M1 is not a strategic weapon and will be used by Iran to defend its airspace.
