Texas pilots train for Iraq in wake of copter tragedy
The loss of two Texas-based AH-64D Apache Longbows to combat fire in Iraq raises many questions as the Texas National Guard’s 36th Combat Aviation Brigade prepares to leave for Iraq in summer.
The brigade flies 24 Apaches, 80 UH-60 Black Hawks and 12 CH-47 Chinooks.
