TNI had no plan to buy "sidewinder" Missiles, says chief
Indonesian Military Chief Marshal Djoko Suyanto clarified that his country has no intention of purchasing any Sidewinder missiles.
He made the statements in connection with the recent arrest of three Indonesians in Honolulu, Hawaii for trying to export 245 Sidewinder missiles to Indonesia together with a Singaporean.
He added that one of the three arrested was supposed to be sourcing F-5E radar parts for TNI.
