US ready to finalize Kyrgyz airbase talks
Washington signalled that it is ready to finalize talks on the use of a military airbase in Kyrgyzstan on Thursday.
This came after Kyrgyz President Kurmanbek Bakiyev on Wednesday threaten to shut down the base if talks failed.
