India, Russia to sign Fighter Jet swap deal Indian Defence Secretary Shekhar Dutt will seal a deal to swap 18 Su-30 K and MK for Su-30MKIs.

Dutt is likely to discuss a deal to lease Backfire bombers from Russia as well.
