$400m lost in botched jet contract
Australian Defence Minister Brendan Nelson has decided to abandon the $400m effort to intergrate the ALR2002 electronic warfare self-protection system on RAAF's F/A-18 Hornets.
He has choosen Raytheon's ALR-67 which was the original recommendation by Australian experts.
