Probe focuses on chopper crew
Investigators of July’s Cormorant helicopter crash in Canada are focusing on "environmental and human factors" as the probable causes.
Maj. Michel Pilon, leader of the investigation, also said that the whole crew was using night vision goggles, except for the pilot at the controls.
