Russia awaits helicopter purchase proposal from Venezuela A Russian defense ministry spokesperson said Wednesday that Russia is open to proposals for Venezuela to buy a new batch of helicopters.

Venezuela is shopping for Mi-17, the Mi-35, and the Mi-26 helicopters.
