US Air Force F-22 goals backed by studies, not by budget
Top U.S. Air Force officials are saying that studies are showing that the service needs more F-22As.
A recent study by the consulting firm Whitney, Bradley & Brown Inc. actually found that some of the scenarios it considered point toward a larger fleet.
