Air force to enhance flying life of MiG-29
The Indian Air Force has approached the National Aerospace Laboratories to conduct a fatigue test on its MiG-29 in a bid to extend its airframe life by an additional 500 hours from 2,500 to 3,000 flying hours.
It may seek to extend it to 4,000 flying hours after reaching 3,000 hours.
