General hopes Air Force, Army can agree on JCA
Gen. Duncan McNabb, commander of Air Mobility Command, hopes that Army and Air Force planners can agree on what they want in a Joint Cargo Aircraft.
According to Loren Thompson of the Lexington Institute, the Air Force has indicated it would pull out of the joint program if the Army selected the C-295, believing that it is too similar to the C-130J.
