Govt set to put combat aircraft deal on fast track
India now seems to have put the tender for 126 fighters on fast track by converting the Request for Proposals (RFP) into a full-fledged Request for Quotations (RFQ).
This will cut short the time interval between the evaluation and price negotiations and select a winner by middle of next year.
