Lawmakers rally to save radar program from budget cuts
Nearly 90 U.S. lawmakers are rallying to save the E-10 and the MP-RTIP, Multi-Platform Radar Technology Insertion Program.
16 senators and 73 members of the House of Representatives signed a pair of identical letters and sent it to Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld.
