MoD may charter helicopters for Afghan mission
Britain's defence procurement minister said Monday that the Ministry of Defence is considering chartering private or foreign-owned helicopters to boost U.K. military capabilities in Afghanistan.
Lord Drayson also admitted that they had underestimate what they were up against in Afghanistan.
