Navy Pilots Test New Flight Device
Strike Fighter Wing Atlantic began testing the Reduced Oxygen Breathing Device (ROBD) at Naval Air Station Oceana Oct. 5.
The flight simulation device will enable pilots to experience the physical effects of high altitudes in a safe environment.
