U.S. Air Force considers pilotless U-2
Secretary of the U.S. Air Force, Michael Wynne, told C-SPAN's "Newsmakers" that combatant commanders want him to slow down the retirement of the U-2.
The Air Force had gotten permission to retire the U-2 by 2011 but combatant commanders want the Air Force to prove that the Global Hawk can provide the same capability as the U-2.
