U.S. upholds nuclear umbrella for S. Korea
The United States on Friday reaffirmed its commitment to protect South Korea with nuclear weapons.
U.S. Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld gave the assurance while hosting South Korean Defense Minister Yoon Kwang-ung for annual talks.
