Details of Chinese Plane Crash Investigation Released
Chinese military officials tried to cover up the crash of a KJ-200 AEW in June by erasing one minute and three seconds of the tape in the black box and changing the number of deaths from 40 to 29 which is the aircraft's passenger limit.
Investigation also showed that after the plane lost balance due to icing on the wings, the passengers were thrown out of their seats as they were not wearing seat belts and fell to the lower end of the aircraft which unbalanced it even more.
